Janette is a native Arkansan, born in Malvern, although her family moved to California when she was nine years old. She later built a successful career in California real estate, where she worked for more than thirty years as a licensed Realtor® under her husband’s brokerage. During that time, she also earned her Interior Decorator’s License, a skill that has proven to be a valuable asset when helping clients prepare their homes for sale or create beautiful living spaces in their new homes.

In 2015, while visiting relatives in Hot Springs, Janette and her husband decided to drive up and see Hot Springs Village for the first time. They immediately fell in love with the area and purchased a home on Isabella Golf Course that very weekend, with Kim Taylor as their agent. During that visit, they also learned about the success of nightly and long-term rental opportunities within the Village.

After relocating to Arkansas, Janette obtained her Arkansas Real Estate License in 2017 and joined Taylor Realty Group HSV East Office on Highway 5. As a multi-year award-winning Realtor®, Janette is grateful for the many wonderful clients she has worked with over the years—many of whom have become close friends.

Janette also owns and manages rental properties in Hot Springs Village and is happy to assist clients visiting the area who may be exploring property opportunities.

She and her husband are actively involved in the community. Her husband volunteers as a High School Varsity basketball coach, and Janette currently serves as an officer on the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors, further strengthening her commitment to the local real estate community.
