Janette, a native Arkansan, was born in Malvern, however, moved to California with her parents when she was 9. She has been a California Licensed Real Estate Agent for over thirty years, working under her husband’s brokerage company.  She also held her Interior Decorators License there which has proven to be a real bonus selling a home and helping clients decorate it!

In 2015, while visiting relatives in Hot Springs she met Kimberly Taylor, who showed her around the Village and actually sold the Carters their first HSV home during that trip! Kim also enlightened them about the success of nightly rentals within the Village and helped them purchase several other properties while still living out of state. Upon moving to Arkansas, Janette decided to get her license and work for Kimberly and David Taylor, at Taylor Realty Group HSV.  She will be developing a new rental program and handling short and long term rentals, along with listing and selling properties! As a Platinum Level Award winning Realtor®, Janette will be specializing in Hot Springs Village, especially the East side area, where she lives.
