Gail has over twenty-five years of experience helping people buy and sell real estate; her philosophy has always been simple:

- She puts the same degree of care and expertise into each client’s real estate transaction as she puts into her own—or her family’s transactions.

Gail’s first encounter with the world of real estate began when she inherited a resort property from her family. Knowing little at that time and wanting to do things the right way, she enrolled in a number of classes to gain as much knowledge as possible—and found real estate to be fascinating!
Licensed in 1998 as an agent and in 2006 as a broker, so she could help other buyers and sellers, Gail has expanded her real estate knowledge over the years and holds multiple *designations: ABR, CRS, GRI, SFR and TAHS.
Gail has always enjoyed helping others. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Gail worked in the medical research field, hoping to help those with diseases such as cancer, diabetes and HIV. It was here that she learned to be detail-oriented—a trait that she uses to keep track of the many details in each real estate transaction.
Gail also worked for several years as a registered nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She was a volunteer for many years as a nurse at Royal Family Kids Camp, a program run by her church for foster children who had suffered from abuse, abandonment and/or neglect. In recent years, Gail has been a volunteer, with her church group, at several senior housing facilities.

Gail has two degrees:
- A BS in Biology from Montclair State College (Summa Cum Laude), and
- An AAS in Nursing from Bergen College (with Honors).
Her real estate education was acquired at the Austin Institute of Real Estate, the J. B. Goodwin Company, Realty World-John Horton & Associates, Arkansas Real Estate School—and through her years of personal experience as an investor.
After multiple visits and vacations to Hot Springs Village, Gail determined that Hot Springs Village is the place she wants to call home for the rest of her life. She recently joined Taylor Realty Group and is licensed as a broker in both Arkansas and Texas.
