Darryl Cothron | AR REALTOR®

110 La Plaza, Ste C, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909

Darryl recently joined Taylor Realty Group HSV and is licensed in both Texas and Arkansas. He grew up in a real estate family with both parents working in Kentucky residential sales. After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1982, he moved to Texas and became licensed, focusing on commercial real estate. Over his long career he has won several awards including Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter in Dallas Real Estate”, along with being a top producer at the firms where he worked, and most recently a Triple Diamond Award winning Realtor on Team Kimberly Taylor. Currently he is still an active partner in Search Commercial but is implementing a plan to settle full time in Hot Springs Village. He desires to translate his years of real estate knowledge and experience into successful transactions for his clients by providing valuable consulting services for both commercial and residential opportunities while teaming with Kimberly Taylor.

Listing for sellers is his marketing focus, but just as important is the ability to translate his buyer client’s needs into time saving targeted property selection. He will strategize to understand the prospective buyer’s goals and identify the benefits of the property per those requirements. While working on the seller side, he is adept at developing offense-oriented strategies and will implement them in both Hot Springs and Dallas to attract buyers from both markets. His years in Dallas combined with his wealth of connections will be used in sourcing buyers for his property listings in Arkansas.  He understands the importance of personal interaction on tours and will work to create beneficial negotiations which are paramount to success for his clients.

Darryl has been happily married to his wife Kay for 30 years and is a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He is a founding member of My Brother’s Keeper Ministries Dallas, a member of New Life Church Benton, and a former deacon at Gateway Church of Southlake Texas. Proverbs 22:1 has guided him throughout his real estate career.
